Academy Marketing Manager (Maternity Leave)

This role will be responsible for identifying target markets, sectors, and customers in order to design, deliver and monitor business to business marketing campaigns. The person will also be responsible for marketing collateral and copy, as well as reporting on campaign results. Please note this is a Fixed Term Contract ending October 2025. Skills/Responsibilities:

• Management of social media posts on the corporate pages and through individual channels
• Formal and ad-hoc reports on marketing activity and conversion levels
• Research of papers and news that can be used in marketing campaigns
• Supporting customer acquisition and the management of existing/potential customer databases
• Designing and executing marketing campaigns
• Creation of engaging materials to use in campaigns, Please note although the role is working from home your contractual base will be one of our closest offices and there may be a requirement for occasional travel for team meetings.
  
  Have experience working in a similar campaign marketing role
• Be able to manage and report on complex marketing data
• Have contracting and commercial knowledge
• Have experience of using marketing automation tools
• Capability to write copy for and design marketing communication
