Full Job Description
- Attend Academy Fixtures: Attend assigned academy fixtures for players aged U9-U12
- Player Reports: Produce detailed and insightful reports on players observed at these academy fixtures
- Player Identification: Understand the Everton academy player profiles and identify key traits in players that meet academy standards Who we are looking for: Essentially, we are looking for someone who has an excellent track record in a similar role and a good understanding of scouting protocols and best practice.
- Experienced in Football: You have hands-on experience within first team, academy or grassroots football, as a player, coach or scout
- Strong Communicator: You effectively engage with a range of stakeholders, from young players and their families to club officials and regional football associations
- Organised & Proactive: You can manage multiple tasks, maintain attention to detail, and respond quickly to changing priorities
- Passionate About Football: You are committed to football development and eager to help create pathways for young talent, Proven experience in a football or community development role
- A valid driver's license and access to transportation, as the role involves travel within and possibly outside South Liverpool
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
