As an Associate Consultant, you'll embark on an exciting and impactful journey, developing key skills that influence how our clients evolve their ways of working and achieve their goals. Our engagements can be end-to-end or focused around one of our core capabilities. Your day-to-day tasks may include designing cutting-edge operating models, commercial modelling or facilitating workshops. Listed below are our core capabilities which form the basis for client engagements: Strategy and Business Architecture: defining an organisation's vision and aligning it with their overarching business objectives. Adapting business models for success in a changing industry, and identifying the capabilities required to execute a strategy. Financial Modelling & Performance Management: ensuring proposed transformations are commercially viable. Developing and managing a transformation portfolio that delivers the organisational strategy. Operating Model & Organisational Design: organising resources and structuring an organisation's components to deliver their strategy and business model. Finance Transformation: developing and implementing new tools, technologies, or ways of working in the finance function of organisations., At Capgemini Invent, although academics form part of our overall hiring decision, we do not select candidates purely on academic performance. We will assess your suitability for a role using several tools including video interviewing and assessment centres (all currently being held virtually). Note: You will have lived in the UK for the last 3 years with no more than 6 consecutive month residence outside the UK (in order to meet security clearance requirements).Learning and Development When you enter the Corporate Experience Academy, there is a heavy emphasis on supporting new consultants in their journey to develop their skills and capabilities. Through diverse client-work you can develop an understanding of organisational design, financial literacy and industry dynamics. You will facilitate workshops and engagements with all levels of the organisation and be responsible for the delivery of artefacts that will deliver their strategy. Strategy Consultant: Strategy Consultant, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to define the strategic choices that will steer the organisation, as well as the transformations they need to put in place in order to deliver their new strategy. Business Model Consultant: As a Business Model Consultant, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to help them understand the details of how their organisation generates value and how this could change in the future. Business Case and Commercial Modelling Consultant: As a Business Case and Commercial Modelling Consultant, you will work as part of a team to define the business case behind an organisation's proposed future transformation, as well as the detailed finances behind it, including forecasted costs and revenues., As a Business Analyst, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, having responsibility for understanding user needs, working closely with our stakeholders, translating requirements into user stories and defining acceptance criteria., As a Change Consultant, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand the vision for change and identify the impacts of the change on the business, communicating these impacts to wider stakeholders.
