The current opportunity is available for current Manchester Met students, to apply you must be based in the UK for the duration of the role., Factory International are looking for an assistant to support the Access Team during the Manchester International 2025 (MIF25) by managing admin processes and providing on-the-ground assistance for accessible performances. Duties may include delivering access equipment, supporting front-of-house briefings, managing accessible viewing areas, liaising with artists, and collecting audience feedback. Gain knowledge of the social model of disability and its practical application in arts and culture. Develop hands-on experience in live event operations across various formats and venues, and learn festival-specific practices like site prep, audience management, budgeting, and communications with a focus on accessibility. Contribute to MIF25's access operations and support music and commercial events.
