Full Job Description
The role of the Access Licence Co-ordinator will be to administer all negotiations with Stakeholders on buildings requiring investigation & works access licences., Support and work with the internal and external Team's to agree investigation & works access licenses with Stakeholders where life critical building safety defects are being established or have been found.
The portfolio of buildings requiring investigation & works access licences include a range of building projects located in the UK.
Assist with running cases from inception through to completion, dealing with both leasehold and freehold residential properties.
Building up a strong knowledge of sole cases, obtaining vital information amongst other key responsibilities to progress every case.
Working alone without supervision, but also able to integrate and support team members and collaborate to complete complex tasks under tight time deadlines.

Previous experience working as Paralegal for a legal practice or an insurance business is preferred.
Previous experience with paralegal tasks relating to contract and construction law
Experience of applying robust and methodical analytical skills, while adopting a flexible and adaptable approach to problems.
