So if you share our passion for people and want to make a positive change to their health and health services then we want to hear from you., Working closely with the Access & RA Manager and Access Management Technician, the post holder will be a key member of the team to maintain and implement new processes connected with the Registration Authority to users, which include GP Practices. Ensure practices and other Providers comply with RA legislation including adhering to information governance requirements. To carry out Registration Authority Duties from our office in Welwyn Garden City including, but not limited to, the creation of a National Digital Identity, Smartcard maintenance (unlocking, renewing and repairing), processing access requests and leaver's requests. Role also includes the administering of basic Active Directory tasks and requests. To provide exceptional customer focused advice, guidance and support to the customers and staff within HBLICT services, from our office based in Welwyn Garden City to customers located across a large number of sites within Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Luton, Milton Keynes and
neighbouring counties. Will be required to log, triage, resolve where possible, and escalate calls to relevant 2nd or 3rd line support teams (including 3rd parties) if not already logged by the team.
This is an office-based role and you may be required to work from any site within our supported area to meet customer needs., + Provide high quality service, initiative, and administrative support including information and analysis.
+ The post holder responds to Service Incidents and Service Requests, Information received is often complex and must be recorded on the Service Management Tool and communicated using advanced communication and relationship skills, often in a pressurised and fast-paced environment.
+ Liaise with RA sponsors, HR and managers regarding joiners/transfers/leavers/name changes: to ensure the correct level of access required in accordance with national and local guidance.
+ Process basic NHSmail and Active Directory tasks/requests.
+ The ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.
+ Advising of solutions to enable an informed direction of the service desk.
+ Analysts have access to sensitive and confidential information and therefore it is essential that they can respond appropriately and empathetically maintaining high levels of confidentiality at all times.
+ Attending and participating with road shows and ICT clinics for customers as required.
