Full Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to support the Access to Information Team. The Access to Information Team is responsible for managing requests for corporate and personal information in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act, Data Protection Act, and the Access to Health Records Act. The team also offer help and advice on implementing the Overseas Visitor Charging Regulations., The Access to Information Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the management of requests for personal information and is the first contact point for all team members. Applicants should have an awareness of the above legislation, information governance good practice and previous experience of managing staff. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, enthusiastic and have excellent communication skills.
