Full Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has opened up to become a part of our Accessories Product Development team in the London office. In this role, you will offer comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Product Developer for Leather Goods, Footwear, and Accessories. We are looking for a team player with a proactive, hands-on approach.,

  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Product Developer to aid in the conceptualisation and development of leather goods, footwear, and accessories.

  • Assisting in the sourcing and selection of fabrics, leather, and trims.

  • Facilitating daily communication with factories, suppliers, and agents to track developments and approvals.

  • Supporting the Senior Developer with weekly document management, ensuring all records are current.

  • Handling shipments and managing parcels to and from factories and suppliers. Attending meetings and taking detailed notes.

  • Helping to set up new seasonal products in systems and preparing visual reports Ensuring prototypes are correctly labelled and organised.

  • Enthusiastic and passionate about product development with a strong desire to learn.

  • Willing to get hands-on with tasks.

  • Excellent time management skills with a strong commitment to meeting deadline.

  • Graduate with a relevant degree and/or up to 1 year of experience in a similar role (Product Development, Production, Buying).

  • Proficient in computer skills, including Excel, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
