Full Job Description

The Accommodation Services Team are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated individual to provide a customer orientated front line service to current and prospective students as part of a strong and supportive wider team. The team are responsible for delivering a professional and friendly accommodation service to students living on campus as well as assisting with the transition to off campus living.

You should have at least 12 months experience of administrative processes in a busy office environment, preferably within the HE or a housing context. You will have excellent IT and communication skills as well as strong organisational skills. You will be expected to demonstrate an ability to work flexibly with minimal supervision as well as part of a team.
