Full Job Description

As an Accommodation Night Worker you will help maintain a safe and welcoming environment in our residential areas. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and security of staff and clients and premises while providing a is homely, welcoming and safe environment in which clients are able to engage and develop

+ Experience working with young people or individuals with complex needs, ideally in a supportive role.
+ Proven ability to interact directly with clients in a professional manner.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
+ Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
+ Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
+ Understanding of mental health issues and the ability to manage challenging behaviours positively.

Days and hours: 4 on/4 off rota pattern, including weekends and public holidays.
Shifts are from 10pm to 8am.
Salary and Benefits
40 hours - £23,795.20/£11.44 per hour.
