Full Job Description

As an Accommodation Senior Project Worker, you will be responsible for supporting a caseload of residents, line managing relief staff and working with the Deputy Manager and the Accommodation Manager.
Key responsibilities include:
+ Contributing to developing a staff team to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed housing support services to young people.
+ Ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures within the service.
+ Building internal and external partnerships to create innovative and forward-thinking services.
+ Ensuring your caseload of residents have regular support including risk assessment, need assessment and support plan reviews
Applicants should have the following qualities:
+ A good understanding of 'partnership' working with external agencies
+ Experience of working with young people from a variety of backgrounds and challenging circumstances
+ Capability in evaluating situations and implementing appropriate action in difficult circumstances within the routine working shift.
+ Ability to write reports, keep case notes, client records and the ability to make and maintain excellent liaison with other agencies.
+ Able to motivate a staff team, deal with any issues arising and addressing behaviours

Days and Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday on a 7 day rolling rota, working a mix of shifts. Shift times are 8am-4:30pm, 11am-7:30pm 1:30pm-10pm. Flexibility is required to cover as part of on call process. This may include evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
