Accommodation and Support Enabler

We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our Team in Cullompton, Mid Devon. You will be passionate about providing high quality Housing and Support to individuals and you will be keenly interested in those we work with and support, providing guidance and support to young individuals living within the accommodation.

This role involves working within our Supported Accommodation provision, which accommodates Young People aged between 18 and 25 who have been experiencing Homelessness. Within the Housing setting, you will work collaboratively amongst the Team to build professional, positive and trusting relationships with customers, the Local Authority Housing Team and other supportive services.

We believe that creating professional, positive and trusting relationships are key to working with every individual, in order to provide the right environment where they feel supported and achieve goals which matter to them. Often the individuals we work with and support are facing one of the most challenging period of their lives, and we are therefore seeing an individual who has the right values and approach to create a warm and supportive setting.
