Full Job Description

Your main responsibility will be to accurately prepare, compose, code, and transmit policy documents, enter coding data into appropriate systems in accordance with corporate standard. Administrative duties will include but are not limited to reservations, monthly and quarterly reports, engineering assistance, financial report search, management reports and filing.
You will also be expected to contribute to review the translation and localisation of our products including our brochures. The successful candidate will maintain constructive and harmonious relations with all internal and external customers, including operations and head office personnel, brokers, reinsurers, and outside service suppliers.

We have a great opportunity for an Account Administrator to join the FM Affiliated London office helping to develop a growing portfolio of mid-market business within the UK. If you enjoy working as part of a team, handling a varied workload and are customer-service oriented, this position is for you. This position provides assistance to Production Underwriters and Account Engineers as well as fulfilling the department administrative needs.,

  • Strong administration background ideally in an insurance environment.

  • Proven mathematical aptitude, proficient computer skills, including MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), typing speed and accuracy.

  • A team player with above average communication and organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workflow from different sources.

  • Fluency in English required. Other European languages would be a plus.
