Full Job Description

  • Day to day practical running of a busy healthcare account, including implementation of successful campaigns on time, on brief and to budget
  • Interpreting Client briefs, asking the right questions and stimulating productive conversations. You will know the Client's business, the competitor landscape and will embrace the chance to act as an extension of their team
  • Writing and delivering inspiring creative briefs and in turn, delivering the work to Client with the pizzazz it deserves
  • Maintaining the financial health of the account and, as part of a close-working team, recommending the best comms approach for our Clients
  • Providing close support in the wider Healthcare team
  • Helping to nurture and inspire new talent
  • Demonstrating and delivering Client Services excellence to both internal and external partners
  • Essential competencies will be demonstrated

    A driven individual with proven Agency experience and a keen knowledge of the OTC Healthcare sector. You'll join us as an Account Director predominantly servicing one of our most treasured long-standing integrated accounts. Working with an established team across a range of cherished household brands, your knowledge of and interest in the self-care sector will mean you'll flourish as a beacon of knowledge in an established Healthcare team. You'll be fuelled by this talent and the opportunities it presents. It might be that you're a seasoned Account Director who likes the cut of our jib. Or, you may be an experienced Senior Account Manager who's hungry for a new challenge and has demonstrable knowledge of what makes consumers tick. You'll be a confident presenter, a natural storyteller able to build excellent internal and external relationships via digital platforms. You'll also be tech-savvy, culturally curious and experienced in leading brands to success in the healthcare arena.
