Full Job Description

This is a exciting opportunity to coordinate and organise the production of the windows and VM for M&S. Working closely with the Windows and VM Account manager and the M&S stakeholders on all window campaigns and day to day activity, raising PO's and as first point of contact for stores.,

  • Supporting on all projects, assisting with distribution lists and briefing lines into Media Centre.

  • Owning the store database and controlling all amends as and when is needed

  • Producing all review documents and packs post campaigns launches.

  • General day to day administration tasks

  • Liaising with store comms to provide clear critical path to ensure all critical dates are met by the windows and VM team to allow for clear communication for stores to implement windows & VM.


  • Finance
  • Spend tracking and management to include.

  • Overall campaign/packaging cost management in line with agreed budget set by M&S finance team for the financial year.

  • Studio artwork estimates and actuals verification.

  • Production estimates and actual verifications.

  • Collate, packing and Logistical estimates and actual verifications ranging from UK transport to Far east shipments.

  • PO requisition & Invoicing.


  • Store support
  • Regular store visits to check windows and VM compliance and quality control.

  • Attend Mockshops including set up and presentation / feedback and support with taking meeting notes and actions.

  • Managing windows and POS helpdesk, to support the process of all store orders for C&H windows and VM.

    First and foremost, you should be a people person. You should be able to demonstrate exceptional people skills and be a customer-focused fanatic

  • You'll ideally have an understanding of retail print production - brief taking and trafficking through to final delivery but not essential. The right attitude and a quick learner would also be appropriate.

  • Ability to efficiently coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution.

  • Ensuring all critical dates are met and communicated clearly to enable effective implementation of windows and VM in stores.

  • Comfortable in interacting with an enthusiastic and committed team - whilst being part of ITG, you will also be part of the wider M&S team

  • Ability to address and resolve issues related to windows and VM production, delivery and installation.
