Full Job Description
As an Account Management Intern at Honeywell, in Horsham, you will be responsible for assisting UK sales growth by working closely with Regional Sales leaders to boost and drive execution of selling activities. This position will be suitable for someone seeking entry into a high technology industry or into future sales/business management roles and reports directly to the UK&I Sales Lead. Managing sales enablement programs, driving sales growth initiatives, evaluating collating & reporting data on selling activities, supporting customer events and client requirements, and providing general support to both sales management and field sales teams.
This role is fully site based to begin with, moving to a hybrid, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.
This role is part of our University Relations program, designed to help students and recent graduates launch their careers with hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities for growth within Honeywell. This internship is set up for 12 months and will be for a candidate requiring a 2025 sandwich internship as part of their degree.

Key responsibilities
You will be fully trained within a supportive and nurturing team to achieve the below:
· Working closely with the following functions:
o Sales and Commercial Excellence functions
o Marketing
o Inside Sales/Technical Support/Customer Service/Training
o Finance/Procurement
o Manufacturing
· Steering selected short-term focused projects
· Actively inputting into annual sales planning, customer events and other organisational tasks
· Supporting management in coordinating international sales reporting and communications, as well as inputting into sales management decisions by providing insight from a analysis of selling data
· Coordinating and managing 'new product launch' selling activities across the UK&I market and developing focused campaigns and initiatives to deliver effective channel demand generation
· Working with multiple systems and databases to consolidate collateral to work with partners
· Utilising a mix of marketing and digital technology skills to work with local selling plans
