Full Job Description

As an Account Manager focused on future customers, you will play a crucial role in building relationships and driving business growth with potential clients. Your mission will be to collaborate closely with these prospects, understand their needs, and align our services to meet their goals.

Responsibilities:
1. Prospect Relationship Management:

o Build and nurture relationships with potential clients.

o Collaborate closely with prospects to understand their objectives and challenges.

o Regularly engage with prospects to create a positive experience.
2. Business Development:

o Identify opportunities for account growth and new business.

o Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to explore prospects.

o Develop strategies to attract and convert future clients.
3. Team Building and Leadership:

o Foster a collaborative team culture.

o Encourage cross-functional cooperation to support future client needs.

o Provide guidance and support to team members.
4. Delivery Management:

o Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions for future clients.

o Ensure timely delivery of products or services.

o Monitor progress and address any challenges.
5. Senior Stakeholder Management:

o Engage with senior stakeholders within prospect organisations.

o Understand their strategic objectives and align our services accordingly.

o Present progress reports and updates to senior management.
6. Customer Intimacy

· Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or related fields (or equivalent experience).

· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

· Ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and prospects.

· Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.

· Experience in account management, business development, or related roles.
