Job Purpose

To identify new business opportunities to help the business grow. Ensure delivery of agreed personal objectives and targets by developing and selling to new and existing clients within company guidelines and policies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
-Fully support in achieving business objectives.
-Field-based role - Meet with customers face-to-face, via phone, and email.
-Develop a strategy for each client, identifying aims, needs, and objectives/action plans supported by a time frame.
-Build new relationships with potential clients to create a solid foundation for future business.
-Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets and new ways of reaching the customer base.
-Use technology to develop and present objectives, strategies, status reports, etc., effectively to internal and external clients.
-Generate leads and prospective customers through cold calling (face-to-face, phone, and email).
-Work with all cross-functional resources to resolve specific client performance issues within the time requirements of the agreed key accounts, acting as an effective Crisis Manager.
-Ensure all company Levels of Authority (LOAs) are adhered to and that requests for movement from the LOA are made via the correct channels.
-Monitor and track, where appropriate, market trends and competitor activity, maintaining commercial awareness.
-Ensure all client visits are supported by a visit report (the team).
-Develop effective synergy between the Service, Technical, and Sales departments to ensure clients are fully supported.
-Develop, through a joint strategy with the service department, the service revenue within each client.
-Submit all activity sheets, loss reports, call plans, expenses, and paperwork within the agreed timeframes.
