Working with a diverse range of clients to deliver creative solutions. We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Account Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success based at our 30,000ft2 premise in Cardiff., As an Account Manager you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts within our business. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored solutions that meet their business objectives. The main aim to ensure client satisfaction and driving revenue growth., + Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their trusted primary point of contact.
+ Supply and produce accurate quotations for clients campaigns
+ Manage tenders received and liaise with internal departments to achieve completion
+ Take ownership of campaigns, liaising with studio, production and despatch
+ Communicate with the client to keep them informed of the progress
+ Proactively seek and develop new business opportunities for our existing clients.

+ Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role within the print industry.
+ Strong understanding of printing processes, products, and industry trends.
+ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
+ Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
+ Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
