Full Job Description

The Role: As an Account Manager, you will manage over 100 accounts, with a focus on nurturing and growing relationships with 'bronze and silver' clients. This is an environment where building trust and rapport over time is key to success. We're looking for someone who thrives in a more measured, relationship-driven sales cycle and enjoys taking a thoughtful approach to client management.,

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, offering exceptional service and addressing their needs
  • Handle sales inquiries via phone and email, providing detailed quotations and securing orders at a comfortable pace
  • Negotiate and close contracts, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling products
  • Monitor clients' budgets, offering clear cost explanations and discussing terms in a calm, professional manner
  • Resolve conflicts thoughtfully and professionally, ensuring a smooth customer experience
  • Follow up with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction with products and services

  • Strong time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive, patient mindset with a drive to nurture long-term relationships
  • Experience in the construction or joinery industry is a plus, but not essential
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm (with a 30-minute lunch break).
