Full Job Description

New Business Development:

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients.
  • Client Engagement:
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Conduct product presentations and articulate the value proposition of CCS Media's solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from prospecting to onboarding.
  • Sales Cycle Management:
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business partnerships.
  • Revenue Growth:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently driving new business opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with the existing Accounts team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the client base.
  • Market Awareness:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
  • Leverage market intelligence to position CCS Media as a leader in the IT solutions space.

    Proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on new business development.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Knowledge of IT solutions and technology trends is a plus.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets., A-Level or equivalent (preferred), Sales: 2 years (required)
