Full Job Description
In order to accelerate our growth and provide our customers with the best possible support for our advocacy product, we are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our high-performing global Account Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 40 Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts, with a primary focus on expansion (80%) and new business acquisition (20%). You will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while identifying growth opportunities to increase revenue within the current accounts. - Account Management
- London, Manchester, + Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders + Own regular Business Reviews with your Book of Business and lead the renewal process + Identify and execute expansion opportunities, develop account plans to strategically retain, manage and grow each account + Regularly review and analyse client performance to ensure maximum value realisation and retention
- New Business Development (20%): + Identify and prospect new business opportunities within your territory + Develop and present tailored proposals to potential new clients + Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing new business deals
- Strategic Collaboration & Reporting: + Work closely with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and to address any challenges promptly + Provide regular updates to leadership on account performance, expansion opportunities, and new business pipeline + Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth + At the end of the day, our goal is to make our customers happy! They should experience an outstandingly comprehensive and convincing customer journey throughout their Haiilo time - for which you are responsible
- Experience: At least 3 years SaaS account management experience, with a track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth with a focus on client retention
- Strong communication skills: You'll need to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to both clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment and shared goals
- Problem-solving abilities: A solutions-oriented mindset is key, as you'll often be tasked with addressing client challenges and finding ways to optimise their experience with Haiilo
- Customer-centric approach: We need someone who genuinely cares about our clients' success and can translate that passion into action by helping them achieve their objectives with our platform
