Someone who can effectively handle technical queries, build strong relationships with our clients, and understand our technology in depth. • Liaising with clients on a day-to-day basis by telephone and email
• Conducting exceptional quarterly business reviews
• Delivering expert-level service to educate and inform the client on how to use the service
• Identifying retention and cross-selling opportunities, and to consultatively sell solutions to the client
• Working across departments to uphold and improve internal relationships
• Gaining a high level of knowledge of our products to maximise client engagement with the product
  
  Ability to work under pressure with a constant positive outlook when being faced with complex client issues
• Planning, presentation and negotiation skills, coupled with excellent written and oral communication
• The ability to identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts
• Salesforce experience preferred
• Effective personal organisation; self-starter with drive, ambition and creativity
• The ability to build valuable relationships, both internally and externally
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong collaboration skills resulting in improvement of existing processes
