Full Job Description

We're seeking a results-oriented Telesales Executive / Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Cardiff. You'll play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying, nurturing, and closing new sales opportunities. Your ability to build strong relationships, understand customer needs, and effectively communicate our value proposition will be essential to your success.,

  • New Business Development: Proactively source and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and social media outreach. Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present compelling solutions to potential clients.

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers by providing exceptional service, anticipating their needs, and cross-selling relevant products.

  • Sales Process: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. Negotiate terms, address customer objections, and ensure timely follow-up.

  • CRM Management: Utilize our CRM system to track customer interactions, manage pipeline, and analyze sales performance.

  • Product Knowledge: Become a product expert to effectively articulate our value proposition and address customer inquiries.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., customer service, marketing) to provide comprehensive support and ensure customer satisfaction.

    Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably in a telesales environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

  • A passion for sales and a drive to achieve results.
