Account Manager, Translations & Fulfilment

Innovative Trials is looking for an Account Manager to lead on our Patient Recruitment & Retention programmes. In this role, you'll nurture key client relationships, manage projects from study start-up through to delivery, and collaborate with our internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth, efficient execution.,

• Client Engagement & Project Management: Act as the main client liaison, ensuring clear communication and seamless transitions across projects. You'll lead internal teams to deliver on time, within budget, and according to SOPs.
• Vendor Management: Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring high-quality work and timely delivery of translations, print materials, and shipping.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, forecast finances, and ensure accurate client invoicing. Identify opportunities for upselling services and improving efficiencies.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of professionals, holding regular 1:1 meetings, setting clear goals, and providing constructive feedback.
• Problem Solving: Support the creation of artwork, digital campaigns, and retention materials. Address any project or vendor challenges that arise.
  
  Are you passionate about building long-term client relationships and delivering high-impact projects?, A degree in life sciences and 5+ years of project management experience in patient recruitment, clinical research, or health communications
• A proven ability to manage client relationships and oversee projects from concept to completion
• Previous experience of project management within translations
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and communication skills
• A proactive mindset and a passion for solving problems
