Full Job Description

1. Client Stakeholders' Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
o Understand client requirements and ensure that services meet or exceed expectations.

2. Service Management:
o Oversee the delivery of services to clients.
o Ensure that service delivery processes are efficient and effective.
o Monitor service levels and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

3. Team Management:
o Lead and manage the service delivery team.
o Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.
o Conduct performance reviews and manage team performance.

4. Problem Resolution:
o Identify and resolve issues that impact service delivery.
o Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues.
o Escalate issues to higher management when necessary.

5. Continuous Improvement:
o Identify opportunities for improving service delivery processes.
o Implement best practices and process improvements.
o Monitor and measure the impact of improvements.

6. Reporting and Documentation:
o Prepare and present regular reports on service delivery performance.
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of service delivery processes.
o Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

7. Financial Management:
o Manage budgets and control costs related to service delivery.
o Ensure that services are delivered within budget.
o Identify opportunities for cost savings.

8. Communication Management:
o Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
o Provide regular updates on service delivery performance.
o Address stakeholder concerns and feedback.

9. Project Management:
o Manage service delivery projects from initiation to completion.
o Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
o Coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure successful project delivery.

10. Compliance and Risk Management:
o Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
o Identify and mitigate risks related to service delivery.
o Implement and monitor risk management strategies.

Role: ASDM

Skills: Strong profiles with application development experience in .NET and Azure or any Data skills like ADF Data bricks will be useful., Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Knowledge of service management frameworks.
Experience in managing client relationships and service delivery.
Financial acumen and budget management skills.
Project management experience.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
