Account Technical Manager

Role Overview: As a Account Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring seamless delivery of FM services. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management:


• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.


• Understand client needs and proactively address any issues.


• Regularly communicate updates and progress.


Operational Excellence:

• Oversee service delivery, ensuring quality and adherence to SLAs.


• Coordinate with technical teams (maintenance, engineering, etc.).


• Monitor contract performance and identify areas for improvement.


Financial Management:

• Manage budget and financial aspects of the contract.


• Ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.


Contract Mobilization:

• Lead the transition to the new contract smoothly.


• Collaborate with internal teams for successful onboarding.
  
  Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.


• Proven experience as an Account Manager in FM or related industry.


• Strong technical understanding of FM services.


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


• Results-oriented and customer-focused.
