Accountant

Conduct account reconciliation and maintain the general ledger

- Prepare and analyze financial reports

- PAYE

- VAT

- Year end accounts

- Assist in financial management activities

- Utilize knowledge of LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) program

The successful candidate should possess the following skills:

- Strong understanding of securities law

- Proficiency in general ledger accounting

- Experience with tax preparation and compliance

- Ability to perform account reconciliation

- Skilled in financial report writing

- Knowledge of LIHTC program is a plus
