That's why we've hired an external coach who meets with you monthly and is available in the office a couple of days a week if you'd like to speak with someone outside of the team.

Her role includes helping you to identify your learning and development needs, encouraging you to acknowledge your efforts and successes, and to support you in becoming a better version of yourself through personal and professional growth.

You don't need to be AAT qualified or have the desire to study - that's your choice.

Some of our best people have brought a wealth of experience, and we value them and their contributions.

However, if you are, and you want to progress academically, we will support you - no pressure.

We can offer a salary of circa £22,000 - £35,000, depending on experience.
