Accountant AAT Level 4

· Preparation of statutory financial accounts for limited companies, partnerships and sole traders.

· Analysing profit and loss statements and balance sheets.

· Quarterly VAT preparation and data entry.

· Communicating with clients to request relevant information and discussing business performance, including giving advice on tax in accordance with existing legislation

· Managing client queries in a timely and professional manner and communicating with HMRC and Companies House including submission of financial accounts

· Liaising directly with clients when preparing management accounts.

AAT Level 4 qualified Accountant required for excellent opportunity to work in a small, friendly and professional accountancy firm., An ideal candidate must have the following qualifications and skills and must be willing to continue their studies to gain subsequent ACCA qualification.

· Minimum AAT Level 4 qualified

· Minimum 5 GSCEs grade A to C including Maths and English
