Full Job Description
- Responsible for the monthly/year end process
- Maintain and update accounting records via accounting software SAP
- Prepare and maintain ad hoc financial reports
- Liaise with banks and being responsible for initiating bank payments
- Liaise with Creditors and process reconciliations including bank and creditors accounts
- Execution of all daily reconciliation and control processes, such that any abnormal transactions are identified, investigated and corrected
- Execution of daily safeguarding tasks (client money segregation and reconciliation) Resolving daily issues impacting our customers or ability to demonstrate control of funds
Holder of AAT, degree in accounting, part qualified or newly qualified accountant- Previous 1-4 years' experience in a similar position. Fresh graduate application will also be considered
- Ability to work as a team member
- The ability to prioritise tasks, work under pressure and manage own workload
- Attention to details Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel and SAP
