Full Job Description

  • Preparing and presenting business and accounts updates to the company's management


  • Ensuring financial viability of new projects


  • Monitoring managing and executing budgets


  • Management of costs and expenditure


  • Preparation of the annual balance sheet and detailed cashflow budgets


  • Provide monthly reporting on spend vs budget, and business plan


  • Ensuring stable cash flow by liaising with third party clients to ensure payment of services rendered is made on time


  • Key contact for audit partner/external accountants during year end process


  • Authorization and management of credit facilities


  • Management of payroll activities


  • Dealing with invoices, credit notes, VAT submissions and other routine accounting matters


  • Assisting senior management in financial decision making

    We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure the accuracy of financial information. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles and be proficient in using accounting software such as Peachtree, Quickbooks, or ERP, A related degree level qualification or part qualified ACA or ICAEW, or ACCA or similar types of qualifications will be considered


  • Proactive and manages workload effectively in a fast pace environment


  • Ability to manage and develop a team of related staff Results driven, always striving to add value for the business and the customer


  • Intermediate experience with Excel and Microsoft Word


  • Strong verbal/written communication skills


  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-driven


  • Highly analytical


  • Knowledge of accounting applications like Peachtree, Quickbooks, or ERP preferred
