Our full-time, 12 month structured work placement offers valuable insight into the alternative assets industry. Get a head start in your career through an internship with Aztec and explore the world of work in a diverse and supportive environment. There's also opportunity to study for the Certificate in Fund Administration with us, fully supported by our in-house learning & development team, Aztec Academy. • Develop core business skills including soft skills and technical training
• Gain hands-on experience to day-to-day fund accounting/administration operations
• Build additional knowledge in the bookkeeping and administration of funds and fund structures
• Follow a structured training programme, designed by our Aztec Academy and supported by experienced colleagues
• Opportunity to gain additional relevant qualifications during your internship
• Introduction to clients and stakeholder management
• Exposure and training on our IT systems
• Understand the importance and management of risk
• Gain insight into our high touch, high tech approach to client service
• Take part in networking, meetings and social events
• Expand your understanding of our career opportunities to support your future career goals
  
  Studying a relevant Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or other relevant subject
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Confident communication skills to engage with colleagues and clients
• Ability to prioritise and manage your own workload
• A desire to learn and curious nature
• Good attention to detail and written skills
• A team player who is willing to get stuck in, work hard and have fun!
