Full Job Description

  • Responding to telephone and email customer queries

  • Processing and loading invoices

  • Raising and processing orders

  • Additional admin tasks

  • Support with marketing and updating company social platforms

  • Raising invoices with SAGE/ XERO

    At least 2 years of previous experience working in a similar position

  • Strong communication skills; written and verbal

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Positive, self-motivated attitude

  • Knowledge of SAGE and XERO
