Full Job Description
- Responding to telephone and email customer queries
- Processing and loading invoices
- Raising and processing orders
- Additional admin tasks
- Support with marketing and updating company social platforms
- Raising invoices with SAGE/ XERO
At least 2 years of previous experience working in a similar position - Strong communication skills; written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive, self-motivated attitude
- Knowledge of SAGE and XERO
