Accounts Assistant

Our client a coffee distributor would love to hire an Accounts Assistant to join their team and work closely with the Financial Controller this a varied role and the chance to join this expanding business and work from the ground up.

Would suit a someone with a head for figures or someone who has already embarked on their finance AAT or similar journey or potentially a graduate looking to start their career.

Tasks will include

Update and maintain financial data, manage banking include foreign currency contracts, payments to suppliers both local and overseas and chasing overdue accounts. Completing applications for loans and daily/weekly bank reconciliations including number of foreign currency accounts. Stock management and other ad-hoc duties.

MS office is essential.
