Full Job Description

As an Accounts Assistant, your role will entail:

To provide full administration and invoice support to the Finance Team including:

Raising and completion of sales invoices.

Processing payment invoices both through financial software and the bank.

Handling general enquires, processing documents, engaging in file maintenance & records.

Use of case management software.

Understanding exchange rate calculations.

Use of Excel, Word and other Office software in addition to company specific software.

Undertaking credit control and reconciliation duties.

Offering general administrative support to team members as directed by management as well as responding to external enquiries from clients, colleagues and other third party service providers.

Processing documentation and information, including data inputting, and generate correspondence in response to queries.

Monitor the e-mail inbox and distribute accordingly.

Willingness to embrace change.

Enthusiastic and self-motivated.

Well organised and able to work autonomously.

Responsibility for own workload.

Learn and embrace new tasks as the business grows/changes.

Inquisitive with a keen eye for detail.
