Full Job Description

  • Required to organise and prepare payment runs as well as adhoc payment requests.
  • Lease system admin
  • Online banking administration
  • Allocation of sales and purchase ledger payments
  • Assisting with organising and reviewing of company car purchases / hire agreements.
  • Regular liaison with management and colleagues across all our 16 UK and Ireland depots.
  • Maintaining and developing Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
  • Undertaking general administration tasks and providing support across the team when necessary, including some ledger work
  • Assistance with carbon footprint reporting

    Undergraduate Degree or equivalent experience within accounts or administration in a busy office environment
  • Studying or wanting to study a Financial qualification.
  • Have a good working knowledge of MS Excel, including look ups and pivot tables.
  • Excellent communication skills and a polite, professional and persuasive telephone manner.
  • A keen eye for detail, including data input/order processing skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Clean Driving License preferred.
  • Previous experience using Open Accounts would be ideal
