Full Job Description
- Required to organise and prepare payment runs as well as adhoc payment requests.
- Lease system admin
- Online banking administration
- Allocation of sales and purchase ledger payments
- Assisting with organising and reviewing of company car purchases / hire agreements.
- Regular liaison with management and colleagues across all our 16 UK and Ireland depots.
- Maintaining and developing Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
- Undertaking general administration tasks and providing support across the team when necessary, including some ledger work
- Assistance with carbon footprint reporting
Undergraduate Degree or equivalent experience within accounts or administration in a busy office environment - Studying or wanting to study a Financial qualification.
- Have a good working knowledge of MS Excel, including look ups and pivot tables.
- Excellent communication skills and a polite, professional and persuasive telephone manner.
- A keen eye for detail, including data input/order processing skills.
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Clean Driving License preferred.
- Previous experience using Open Accounts would be ideal
