The role of Accounts Assistant is a varied and interesting opportunity covering elements of Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger and Nominal Ledger. Working as an Accounts Assistant, you will assist the team in the day to day workings of the Dealerships Accounts department., The role of Accounts Assistant is a varied and interesting opportunity covering elements of Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger and Nominal Ledger. Working as an Accounts Assistant, you will assist the team in the day to day workings of the Dealerships Accounts department. After training duties will include:
- Posting and allocating the daily banking . monitoring and managing daily finance clearance of vehicles
- Chasing debt
- Processing payments
- Invoice processing
- Reconciling supplier statements and dealing with Supplier Queries
- Bank reconciliations

Experience gained within an accounts department in General accounts, Purchase and Sales Ledger Highly organised with strong attention to detail The ability to meet strict deadlines Strong Microsoft Excel skills A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills a working knowledge of Kerridge would be desirable but not essential as ongoing training will be provided - Company pension after qualifying period
