Accounts Assistant

You will provide finance support to the Financial Control team including accounts payable and receivable. . Your core responsibilities

• Supplier statement and bank reconciliations
• Assist with weekly accounting tasks including analysis and cash flow
• Assist with Month End processes, including journals and balance sheet reconciliation
• Prepare both international and domestic payments to suppliers when due
• Chase debt by phone and email
• Investigate and resolve issues for non payment
• Negotiate repayment plans
• Raise credit notes
  
  GCSE English and Maths
• 3 years finance experience
• Confident with all Microsoft applications including advanced Excel
