Full Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join our team in Market Drayton on a full time permanent basis! Working in the finance team, as an Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for processing invoices for Group & 3rd party suppliers. This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, offering a competitive salary and package and the opportunity to work with a forward thinking market leader. Key Duties of an Accounts Assistant:
- As part of a team, to be responsible for processing supplier invoices.
- Dealing with any subsequent supplier queries.
- Reconciling supplier statements.
- Use of SAP for analysis/investigative work as required.
- General administrative / adhoc duties to support the finance team.
Computer literate with a high level of Excel skills. - Experience using Accounting software packages and knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
- Finance qualifications advantageous.
- Effectively prioritise work load in order to meet set deadlines.
- Confident when dealing with people on the telephone/ in person and at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills, in order to deliver accurate information.
- Ability to work as part of a team or individually.
