Full Job Description

As an Accounts Assistant, you will assist with providing accounting and administrative support to the business. This is a great opportunity to develop your finance skills in a collaborative and cooperative environment.,

  • Manage new supplier setups and amendments.
  • Process invoices, including coding costs and managing approvals.
  • Oversee and manage the accounts email inbox.
  • Respond to daily communications and resolve queries.
  • Create payment requisitions.
  • Prepare month-end accruals.
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations and supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Manage and post month-end journals.

    Flexibility is essential, as onsite work will be required.

  • AAT qualification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint.
