Xero
Sage
QuickBooks
Accountancy Manager
TaxCalc
VT
Company Filing Systems: Appraisal and effective use of Dropbox for document management.
Payroll Processing: Extensive training on Moneysoft, our primary payroll software.
Role and Responsibilities:

Learn and master payroll processes.
Understand and utilise various cloud-based accounting systems.
Manage and appraise company filing systems using Dropbox.
Eventually deputise for the payroll manager, taking on advanced payroll tasks and responsibilities.

Eager to learn and develop skills in payroll and accounting.
Comfortable with technology and cloud-based systems.
Detail-oriented and organised.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Working week: 37.5 Hours, Mon-Fri 9 - 5pm.

Delivery to be completed on site and off the job training either at Barnsley
College or your place of work. Student to complete a Finance Assistant Level 2 Apprenticeship.
