As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our Management Services Finance team, focusing primarily on the purchase ledger function. Your responsibilities will include processing a high volume of invoices, setting up new suppliers, and managing employee expense claims.,
- Inputting purchase invoices and credit notes.
- Setting up new suppliers in the system.
- Processing employee expense claims.
- Handling invoice-related queries via phone, email, or TEAMS.
- Ensuring compliance with purchase ledger controls.
- Assisting the Management Accounts team and resolving outstanding invoice/credit note queries.
- Supporting audit queries at year-end.

- Hours: Full time 37 hours per week.
- Work Arrangement: This role, is initially office-based for training and support, moving to a hybrid model after discussion with the Team Leader.
