Full Job Description

FM Conway has a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our Finance division as an Accounts Payable Administrator. As our Accounts Payable Administrator, you will assist with the processing and data entry of invoices, to help maintain and meet month end deadlines for our Accounts Payable Department. This full time, permanent role will be based from our Head Office in Sevenoaks.

The duties of the Accounts Payable Administrator role will include:

- Checking incoming invoices for price and quantity

- Resolving queries with suppliers by telephone and email

- Rejecting invoices to suppliers that do not match the purchase orders

- Reconciling supplier statements

- Liaising with the buying department to resolve invoice holds

We are looking for candidates who have good attention to detail and are used to working in a fast paced and busy environment. You will have excellent verbal and written communications skills and will enjoy working as a team. Excellent numeracy and literacy skills will be required for this role, as will a good understanding of Microsoft Excel.
