Accounts Payable Analyst I

In this role you will be responsible for maintaining the purchase ledger and providing support to the finance department. Responsibilities:

• Processing of invoices and credit notes
• Matching and coding purchase orders
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Resolving supplier queries
• Processing payments
• Ensure timely payment of invoices
• Assist with month-end close procedures
• Maintaining accurate records and filing documentation
  
  Previous experience in a Purchase Ledger Clerk role is essential
• Strong numerical and data entry skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and finance software systems
• Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines
