Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team within Vistry North East Midlands, at our office in Enderby, Leicester. As our Accounts Payable Clerk, you will ensure invoices are registered and processed for payment in line with company terms and monthly deadlines.,

  • Register invoices on COINS

  • Matching invoices to PO's

  • Ensure invoice processing meets payment deadlines

  • Checking duplicates on NXG

  • Reconcile AP accounts to supplier statements

  • Internal and external queries

  • Build relationships with suppliers and internal colleagues

  • Ad hoc tasks

    Excellent team player

  • Good educational background

  • Experience of working in an AP department

  • Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative

  • Organised with great time management

  • Thorough and focused

  • Great communication skills

  • Knowledge of COINS an advantage
