Full Job Description

- The company itself is growing exponentially and has an annual turnover in excess of £65 million, this is the kind of industry experience that will make you stand out as a candidate further down the line in your career.

- You would be working within a large team of 18 plus within the Finance team in the head office of a multi-entity business, The primary focus of this role is to support the manage the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable team with the processing of the purchase invoices The role will work closely with the other members of the Finance Team and the Financial Administrators.

Purchasing to Payables:

  • Ensure purchase invoices and staff expenses are processed on a timely basis,

  • Ensure month end timetable is adhered to,

  • Perform regular supplier statement reconciliations,

  • Investigate and resolve issues associated with processing of invoices and purchase orders,

  • Monitor and clear suspense accounts,

  • Maintain vendor profiles and process checks,

  • Circulate remittance advices,

  • Handle all vendor correspondences via phone or email,


  • Investigate and resolve any enquiries and irregularities.

    This role will support the expanding Finance Team (currently 16), based in the Head Office in Windsor.
