Full Job Description

The role is within the Accounts Payable Team to support the Invoice & Debt Recovery Manager to provide and maintain an effective Accounts Payable Service while proactively leading and managing the Accounts Payable Team.,

  • Day to Day and ongoing people management of the Accounts Payable team including development and performance management.
  • Coaching/Mentoring and Supporting Staff to ensure Invoices are processed accurately.
  • Responsible for one to ones and team meetings ensuring key information in communicated effectively.

  • Experienced in team working to work effectively with others and meet deadlines.
  • Experience of Accounts Payable Function
  • Have good communication skills to deliver polite, courteous, and efficient customer service.
  • Will have analytical skills to interpret information to solve problems
