Accounts Receivable Collections Coordinator 6 month FTC

• Keep accounts well managed, including ensuring that write offs, transfers and contras are made, and ensuring that refunds are made on a timely basis.
• Responsible for BAU responsibilities on relevant finance and booking systems.
• Identifying potential risks due to non-payment / other anecdotal information & escalating to management in a timely manner
  
  Clear and concise communicator - excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong planning skills - able to organise and prioritise work.
• Resilient - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic skills and knowledge acquired at data input level or above in a credit control or busy accounting office environment.

• Previous Experience in Travel industry and/or financial services
• Be an effective communicator.
• Competent with Microsoft Office
• Offer great customer service.
• Experience & Knowledge of using Polar.

This role is classified as CUK14 and is available on a full-time 6 months fixed-term basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
