Full Job Description

  • Develop capability within the team, actively supporting individual development plans and empowering team members to enable them to fulfill full potential.


  • Responsible for Materials, Building Products and Contracting debtor ledgers, ensuring cash receipts managed in line with strategic financial and commercial targets, credit rules of business, credit insurance arrangements and financial controls.


  • Develop holistic management of customers who may trade across multiple business units and product lines through various customer accounts.


  • Provide all required SOX and financial controls, monthly performance reporting, analysis and forecasting. This includes accurate weekly cash forecasting and variance reporting.


  • Develop and embed analytics and reporting models.


  • Provide response to internal and external audit requests and queries in a timely manner


  • Drive a lean process culture, including targeted reduction in transactional costs via process improvement and automation opportunity.


  • Deputise for Senior Manager Collections as required


  • Provide Order to Cash expertise.


  • Support delivery of business projects
